Services

Overglow provides web development services as described on the website. The specific terms of each service will be outlined in a separate agreement between Overglow and the client.

Prices and Payment

All prices are quoted in euros and are exclusive of VAT due to auto-entrepreneur status. Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement and invoice provided to the client. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Overglow and is protected by French and international copyright laws. For client projects, intellectual property rights will be specified in the service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Overglow will not be liable to you in respect of any losses arising out of any event or events beyond our reasonable control. We will not be liable to you in respect of any business losses, including without limitation loss of or damage to profits, income, revenue, use, production, anticipated savings, business, contracts, commercial opportunities or goodwill.

Indemnity

You hereby indemnify Overglow and undertake to keep Overglow indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses incurred or suffered by Overglow arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms and conditions.

Breaches of Terms and Conditions

Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, we may take such action as we deem appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, and/or taking legal action against you.

We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we have made, as they are binding on you.
